- Head south on E 1st St toward S Main St Drive for about 0.3 miles.
- Turn right onto S Main St Continue for approximately 0.5 miles.
- Continue onto Hwy 127 S Follow the road for about 1.2 miles.
- Arrive at A1 Storage - 3560 Hwy 127 South The facility will be on your left at 3560 Hwy 127 S, Crossville, TN 38572.
- Start at Fairfield Glade: Begin on Peavine Rd heading northwest.
- Continue on Peavine Rd: Drive for about 1.6 miles until you reach the traffic light.
- Turn Left onto Hwy 70: At the traffic light, turn left onto US-70 E.

Update: they have hired someone to handle calls and be in the office. My calls are now getting through to someone and being returned. Updating from 1 to 4 stars. If the customer service level continues, I will update again later to 5 stars. For context, I am leaving the original review below.
I’ve been renting a unit for almost 2 years. They are slow to respond to calls. They do not staff the office, even though they post office hours. It’s a game of constant phone tag. They never answer the phone, and only attempt one call back, days later. This forced you to call back and leave a message and wait days to receive another callback. It’s difficult to rent a unit and they have horrible customer service. Based on my experience, my belief is every positive review here is either paid for or fake. Absolutely regret renting a unit here. Looking for alternatives. STAY AWAY!!!“

So easy to rent a unit and THE best customer service for the lowest prices around. Can't beat A1 Storage. I've rented storage units from a few different places over the last 5 or so years and it's constant increase and you never speak to the same person. Highly recommend A1. Speak to Tiffany and she'll find what you need!“

A1 Storage was very responsive and Tiffany was wonderful to deal with. She answered all my questions and took care of the paperwork over the phone. See emailed me my contract shortly after our phone call. The storage area is clean and well lite at night.
